Professional Boundaries

Keep all communication respectful and professional, reach out during appropriate hours (generally 8 AM - 9 PM local time), and include a parent or guardian in communications involving younger students.
Relationships: Tutors and students should maintain a professional relationship. Social relationships outside the tutoring context are discouraged.
Gift Policy: Tutors should not accept or solicit gifts of significant value from students or parents.
Privacy: Use the contact details tutors choose to publish on their profiles to arrange sessions. Beyond what is needed to arrange and hold sessions, avoid sharing personal information such as private social media accounts, and respect everyone's privacy.
